U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney pauses during a speech to American troops at Aviano Air Base in Italy in this file photo taken Jan. 27, 2004. Cheney, who has a history of heart trouble, was being taken to George Washington University Hospital in Washington Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, for tests after experiencing some shortness of breath, according to a White House spokesman.
Doesn't auger well for the bloke.
