    We're taught to hate our own culture and love Bulshevism, like in most other Western-European countries nowadays...

    That survey is flawed in Britain. Its not in the national makeup to ever answer such a survey in the extreme answers. We defer to our hosts when we are abroad and our guests at home. Tehrefore in any poll such as that we would pick the middle to values rather than either extreme.

    We are also much more cynical that the US. For example we take repetition of any statement to mean the statement must be false. That why politicians trying to get on message have a hard time here. And infomericals lead to crap sales.
