On Sunday, Johnson was in an 2000 Jeep Liberty that rolled over after the teen drove off Interstate 25 and down an embankment, Colorado State Patrol Trooper Eric Wynn said.
Johnson and three other passengers — her 14-year-old daughter, 11-year-old son and a 12-year-old boy — were hospitalized with serious injuries, authorities said. Only the driver was wearing a seat belt and escaped serious injury, authorities said.

In addition to her 30 years (of which I wonder how much she will actually serve) I hope she gets some serious help. She should never be allowed around any children ever again...including any grandchildren she may have when she does get out of jail. The article did not say if she has to register as a sex offender, but I would assume (and hope) she does.

I find the comments made so far regarding this mother that was sleeping with minor boys interesting:

Why do I find them so interesting? Reason being, that just a few months ago, there was a case where a cute young teacher had a thing going on with one of her students (TN Teacher Sex Trial) and the responses were so very very different about that case:
"Where were all these horney female teachers when i was in HS???I feel SO robbed...."
"Lucky kid. He's gonna be the most famous kid in the school for many generations to come."
"That kid will be a rock star to his buddies."
"Pffft, that blonde can "rape" me ANYTIME."

IMO Hate to bear bad news but she will probably only serve 9 years out of 30. Shame she should have to serve all of them.

The woman would have been better off buying a sports car like men do when they have their second childhood. Does she have ANY clue as to the danger she put her daughter in?
Maybe because in this one there was demonstrable injury, and the behavior in general was far more extreme and unacceptable. Screwing your little student is still just on the edge of "well, maybe she really cares about him in some way". Screwing a bunch of students, running Party Central for them, and getting some of them injured has no such splinter of good intention.

The cute 27 yo teacher was not at all interested in the 13 yo boy she got it on with.
I do not think she has the first idea of how much danger she put everyone in. When her daughter was driving, her younger siblings were also in the car - w/o seat belts.
I would have been personally mortified if this had been my mother. If one of my parents acted like this, I would have had to change schools. I wonder how her kids feel about it.

IMO I would have turned her in if it was my parents. Its a blatent show "her" not having any consideration for their well being and even her own childrens. Definately not somebody you would want your children around or even knowing.nah...I was curious.

My reply on the other thread was only being humorous. There is certainly no place for this among children/mom or teacher/student as it is certainly wrong. I find it amazing how many women these days are turning up in trouble with children.Its becoming scary!
