Wow, sounds so much like the school I work at. And then during the high school graduation ceremony, the hispanic family behind us talked throughout the entire pledge to the flag!![]()
Anyone that goes to another country needs to be in that country because they want to be, not because they can get free education, or be treated differently because they are not citizens of that country.
So many jobs are given to green card holders and yet there are U.S. citizens that can't get a job. True, I'm sure some of the jobs that the green card holders have might not be jobs that someone else would want, but it's still a job!
And I really can't stand it when a family comes in to the school and the first thing they ask, in broken english is, "Do you speak Spanish?". I look them square in the eyes and say "NO". And then I just stand there and wait for them to try and continue a conversation in English or have them ask me to get a translator. Then I take my sweet time in getting someone to translate for them!
Oh jeez, I'm ranting because it really irritates the sh*t out of me when I read crap like this!!!!![]()
