Police are continuing to search a location in Mark Cross, East Sussex following the 14 arrests in London.
A spokesman said: "We are conducting a search in East Sussex in relation to the arrests."
It is reported that about 100 officers are examining what is believed to be an Islamic school near Crowborough.
The school being searched by police is thought to be the Jameah Islameah, an independent school for boys aged 11 to 16 based on a large rural site.
Later, a spokeswoman for Sussex Police said no arrests had been made at the Jameah Islamiyah Secondary School in Mark Cross.
She said the school was set within 54 acres and has 100 rooms, including outhouses.
The spokeswoman said police officers started their operation at the site at about 6am, and searches were taking place.
She added: "No arrests have been made. The people in the school have been very co-operative." She could not speculate on how long the searches would carry on for.
A report by Ofsted inspectors who examined the school in December last year stated it opened in September 2003 to provide an education for Muslim boys.
At the time of the inspection it had nine pupils but the report found it lacking in a number of areas stating: "Jameah Islameah School does not provide a satisfactory education for its pupils. It has not made sufficient progress towards fulfilling its aims since it was established."

9 pupil, 100 rooms and 54 acres!
Even Harrow and Eton cannot boast of this opulence. And yet the govt claims that the education is not upto the standards!![]()
Surely those who run such a fancy school can afford to impart fancy education.
Or are they suggesting that the huge campus is an ideal training area for all types of terrorism that can be dreamt of?
Could it be that they are just plumb annoyed and green with envy that the Islamic chaps are more fancy than their Lords and Ladies' schools?
"Some have learnt many Tricks of sly Evasion, Instead of Truth they use Equivocation, And eke it out with mental Reservation, Which is to good Men an Abomination."
I don't have to attend every argument I'm invited to.
