Japan lifts sanctions off Pakistan. UNSC expansion still opposed.

Maybe now they'd participate in all the railway projects going on in Pak. Pak should get into the run for UNSC as well.

That was a half serious comment. I personally believe in abolishing the entire UNSC! And all resolutions be passed by a majority vote of all the 191 nation.
