South Africa Defense Deal and Repercussions
The Times - Article
I've been reading about this as a scandal issue for a couple months but I still don't understand what South African President Thabo Mbeki did wrong? Was there cronyism and bribery or is just mudraking into nothing in particular for those that know more? |
