2 things I want to try someday.

1) a Turduckinail. Debone everything. Then stuff a quail inside a chicken, stuff that inside a duck, and stuff that inside a big Turkey. I saw it on TV a few times lol

2) a Clambake. Dig a huge hole in the sand on the beach, fill with lots of large stones, then add lots of wood and start a fire. After a few hours sweep the ashes away and put a layer of seaweed over the hot stones. Add corn in the husk, potatoes then cover with more seaweed. Then add lobsters, oysters, clams, mussels and crabs, season it up, then cover with a bunch more seaweed. cover with canvas sheet and pour beer all over, soaking the canvas. Then cover the whole thing with sand and let it steam for a few hours.

I had something similar to this in Hawaii, but with a pig. I mean a whole pig. It wasn't that great. I'd much rather have a simple pasta with red sauce or honey roasted ham. But that's just me.

Sir,
With Chettinad food atleast you'll be able to "taste" it. They always have a sweet and hot combination. You have to try their "Pal appam", man it would just melt in your tongue.
