Beaking News: China to expend 320 billion RMB to prepare for the possible coming war!

Chinese Center Military Committee(CCMC) has decided to expend 320 billion RMB(about 42.3 billion USD) ,in order to prepare for the possible coming war.
CCMC also has passed 6 solutions,and has made the decision to cease the " development-centered" policy ,if Taiwan declare taiwan independence.
