The terrorists should have their 'rights' because Americans are not a barbaric race. They are. We don't stoop so low as them. If we do, then whats the difference between them and the civilised world? Must we join them with their obnoxious religious laaw like a tooth for a tooth and an eye for an eye or publicly behead prisoners as they do in stadiums to the rousing blood thorsty cries of God is Great (Allah hu Akbar)? Must we copy them and be that debased?

What are the main points of your post that I have not addressed?
