USA encourages israel's aggression.

29-07-2006

Beware of US Democracy !
Sir:

With the invasion of Lebanon on a filmy ground and slaughtering of
innocent civilians, Israel has once again has proved that Tel Aviv can
do whatever it wants to the Arab nations on the strength and support
of the all powerful United States that has already conquered
Afghanistan and Iraq and is aiming at Iran mainly for its energy
resources. The supply of US weapons to Israel has obviously made Tel
Aviv feel the most powerful country in the region, next only to the
USA.When Iraq invaded Kuwait the Allied forces led by the USA attacked
Iraq in addition to stopping Iraq's incursions into Kuwait. Why not
the USA, lecturing on civilized norms and democratic values, do the
same now and invade Israel and stop the Israeli onslaught ? Do the
norms of American democracy not permit the Pentagon to do so? Funny,
the USA the world leader that produced a road-map to West Asian
resolution has chosen to behave like this. Of course, the pro-USA guys would approve of any thing the USA & Co do.

Thanking You,
Yours sincerely

The USA has set energy resourses of the Middle East in its foreign policy calculations. Any one comes in its way or refuses to oblige, it will be dealt with severely. It wants to capture Iran by using Lebanon crisis if Iran interferes. Interests, but deadly power games of the West. I dont hapte the West as it hates the Muslims considered, unfortunately, as enemy of Christians by the West. Oil adds to the worry and hence the wars . Hatred is too bad civilized nations.

Using that example we should be fighting with the Israelis.

Wrong section again. And I'm starting to truly believe you are just a spamer...

Israeli Response

When the governement of Lebanon (not really all that stable) is unable to deal with a large criminal extrortionist band on its borders launching attacks against the neighboring country, the neighboring country has every right to respond. The civilian casualties of the lebonese are regretable but very hard to avoid when you've got a paramilitary group hiding amoung them.

Israel for the last few years has not launched relatory attacks for those carried out against them as part of the peace process. 3+ years of not responding to attacks and having them continue shows the other side isn't wanting peace but is merely hoping to gain an advantage while continuing to attack you.

The example of iraq and kuwait isn't a good one as kuwaiti's weren't preforming agressive attacks on Iraq with kuwaiti government aqueiseance.

A better example would be Pancho Villa's millitia in mexico. Which is also a 20th century millitary issue in which the US was involved. A weak central government in the country in which the militia is based being invaded when the militia attacks across the border to a stronger nation.

I would have a hard time telling Lebanese families that I regret their family members' death.

Since Hezbollah was basically formed in 1982, it makes you wonder what else will get created this time around.
