I am not the same person as Raptor1992, and thank you for making the intelligence distinction between myself and lulldapull. I just found lulldapull's defunct profile. He had over 900 posts! It seems that a person with that many posts is not so easily banned.

Also, does the status of being a Senior Member convey any protection from banning? For example, three out of five moderators have to vote for the ban.

Its a waste of time, you couldn't find a microscope that big. A CAT scan or electroencephalograph would be better.

I'm trying to remember if he was also a multiple personality freak, it was awhile ago.
I'll do some checking because now you've got me curious

Well, I think they probably cut the long-time members a little more slack for certain issues. Especially if they are a highly valued contributer.
But if one of them was stupid enough to start posting with multiple names, I'd say they'd probably be nothing but a memory in short order

Again, something for the Mods/Admins to tell you.

I'm glad that this thread actually has found some use: We are forming a record of why certain people have been banned.

It seems like lulldapull was banned for repeated religious and/or racial comments that were deemed unsuitable. However, I haven't tracked down the precise things that got him booted. Its impressive that he actually incurred the wrath of Ironduke, a fellow I rarely see interact with the Board. Confed999 also didn't like lulldapull that much.

I think they enjoyed debating with him, he simply racked up too many violations. He received far more warnings than most other banned people put together.

Man, you need to get a hold of your face. Anyway, I'm looking at one of lulldapull's old threads called Lebanon's Hollow 'Cedar Revolution.' I think it had something to do with the assassination of Rafik Hariri back in February. lulldapull kept calling Confed999 and the other moderators 'fundos' as in 'Fundamentalist Chrisitian.' I think it was lulldapull's general disdain for authority that finally put him on the black list.

lulldapull also attracted the attention of Gio, a guy I see even more rarely than Ironduke.

Actually to be perfectly frank, it's none of our business why somebody gets banned.
This board is not community property, it's private property. The Geneva Convention is void here; Amnesty International doesn't know we exist. If the Mods/Admin want you or me to disappear...POOF!
Fortunately, the higher-ups here are not quite that arbitrary, though it's just not a good idea to argue about why a person was banned. Question yes, argue no. (And no, you havent been arguing)

That sounds suspiciously like lulldapull

The healing powers of Cheetos have saved you my son. Continue to consume them at regular intervals...then make burnt sacrifices to the Sacred Cheetah...

Gio is around here occasionally. I talk to him practically everyday over IM though.
