Text under username

How do I add my own text under my username (i.e. One Shot, One Kill for M21Sniper)?

User CP > edit profiles > Custom User Title > Your current user title is > fill in the blank

U will find this on top half of the profile page, i think it is the first option.

To mods, why this privilege isnt granted to junior members?

There was one stupid board, where I signed up and it had a limitation to only post in the introductions section till u've reached 50 posts!

You can play a nice trick with it...
I did it once...use "Banned" instead of any other text
