Who was the gentleman writing "Reminescences" who retired as a Brig in 1919 and rejoined as Lt Col in 30s.... west point.
Rusting memory.... I could be wrong... is it possible in US of A? Hell I need to recharge the batteries. I could be ranked for this one.
