    I was thinking he meant they're using all their tractors to haul missiles around while their farmers are stuck with water buffalo and hoes.

    They look to be either MTZ Belarus (MTZ 50?) tractors or Chinese knock offs of the same. Given the amount of work a tractor can do and the food insecurity of the North Korean people that picture in an indictment of Kim's regime.
