China (lost a minor war, won a major skirmish, tie on a staring contest)
Pakistan (won 3 major wars and 1 minor war)

Also saw action in the Balkans, Somalia, Sierra Leonne, Vietnam, and various other UN actions. To date, India is the largest force contributor to the UN.

Do you really consider the Pakistan-India wars as being major wars? In reality they were just a couple weeks long, more like conflicts. And casualities were very low. I'd agree if war happened today it would be major, as they both have nukes, but what is your qualification as major war? I'd only be willing to give 1971 as a major war as something actually happened from it. But '48 and '65 were just series of skirmishes.

in 71 india would have continued the war , only cuz of international pressure they stopped it.in the end its all about objectives and political scoring points
