India+Russia vs. China+Pakistan

Both India and China would be fighting a 2 front war. However, in either case, it will end up as a pissing contest. The terrain is the defensive equalizer between China and India (whoever is on the attack is going to be bogged down). The Chinese have enough strategic depth to make the Russians think twice. The Indians, however, got to get the Pakistani monkey off its back before it can even think of taking on China and that's not easy given Pakistan's strategic depth.

It would really be Pakistan Vs India and CHina vs Rus because of terrain...well the Indian navy would be quickly done with the Pak navy because of tech and number advantage...and the air war should be really quick....then India could switch most of its MKI's too the Chinese side and along with Russia gain Air superiority...after that its just a matter of time....because there is only soo many troops you can hide from the devastation of 24/7 bomb sorties....also i doubt the PLAAN can be a serious challenge to the Russians....plus RUS-IND have toys like brahmos and smerch which will act as severe advantages...

This is one war where the Navy and Air Force will be the main difference

Neither China, India, Pakistan, and not even Russia can maintain a 24/7 air campaign.

India and Russia imho can coordinate a 24/7 air campaign... like running 12 hour shifts or 4 blocks of 6....quite possible...

Not the kind of ordnance necessary. Both would run out of bombs long before they run out of targets. You're also forgetting the fact that the Chinese has SSM superiority over the Indians.

To which they cannot help the Indians any. In any scenario concerning the Chinese, they would already have their hands full.

I think i made a stupid thread. This war wouldnt go anywhere. You cant really predict this type of a major war cause mishaps and surprises happen along the way. In any case I think India and Russia would lose. They cant really compete with China. CHina would go on the defensive anyways. It seems more logical. They have a huge army. Even though they are poorly maintained, they still are weapons and soldiers. India is a good army, but not good enough to break through Western China.

The UN would try to bring peace by not letting us defend India+Pakistan.
Of course, by the time this happens, all of Europe except UK will be turned Commie, and then I don't know what'll happen...

such a conflict would see an end to all 4 countries all countries have nukes=them being launched=huge explosion taking the countries offf the map=extra radiation contaminating neighboring countries=world economy being destroyedbecause china is the factory of the world remeber what riggers economic ruin is china gettin destroyed. so i think the US and NATO would dfend china at all costs and india as well . to help destroy pakistan and russia(saving world economy and avoiding WW3)
