I occasionally daydream about being called before Congress to testify on something or other, and pulling a Grouch Marx. 'Twould be the highpoint of my life.

I'm surprised Glyn didn't get in on this one. He's old enough. But maybe the show wasn't sent overseas.

Anyway, the answer is that the Senator would introduce what's-his-name to 6 of his friends. He can fill in the 7th seat.

When he was still a Marine pilot, Senator John Glenn was a guest on the Groucho Marx quiz show.

I don't remember seeing it which isn't saying it wasn't shown here, just that my memory isn't what it was.

Correct ! Your turn Mr. Lukins !

PS: sorry so late in returning, went to Jax, FL, got my truck stuck, took two hours to get a back hoe to pull me out, etc, it's been one of those hellacious days. Didn't mean to be gone so long.

Wow ! the first definition of creep I googled up was:

Definition: The form of plastic deformation that takes place in steel held for long periods at high temperature. Methods of creep testing involve the determination of strain/time curves under constant tensile load and at constant temperature.

Does that mean that all of us Moderators here are creeps?
