They are way more advanced in matters of absurdity and inefficiency and political control.What they aren't yet is tools for the PC ideology.That would truly make them what they were during the infamous days.The Western judicial systems seem firmly on that path .

Wow what a horrible beating. Not much to say about that man though. If that had been happening to my fiance I would have stood over her any any of those bitches who came near would have gotten hurt badly.

When I lived in London we had a few racist incidents. The missus was walking in front of me and three black girls walking line abreast came towards us. We went single file against the wall to let them by as we walked and they body checked her into the wall. Another time a little boy kicking a ball was told by his mother to pick up his ball, the little boy complained that it was embarrassing to be yelled at in front of people. No longer looking at her son the mother yelled out DON'T YOU BE WORRYING ABOUT THE WHITE MAN!!!

That was when I lived in Seven Sisters and white people are a minority. I've never seen such blatant racism before and it was directed my way. It was weird and really pathetic.

It is sickening to see double standards allowed to flourish. Many people don't seem to see them either - and focus their anger on innocents - so much easier for them to target someone thay don't know than their actual enemies. Attempting to punish people that they have, in their own shrivelled, lazy minds, connected to something done by someone else. They become what they claim to hate - deliberately and without shame. Terrorism works like this too.

My spoken thoughts as well. They would have been laid out in seconds if they had attacked my wife. What annoys me is they lied to Court saying they didn't drink and it wasn't normal for them to be drunk then after the Court case was over went to the pub to celebrate.

No, but they 'got off' on religious grounds. They claimed that because they were Muslim and not used to alcohol, they got drunk and didn't know what they were doing. I can assure you the comments to that statement are not good reading if profanity upsets you.

Oh wow. I usually hear the psychosis/mentally damaged/insane plea that allows many murderers and rapists to get away lightly and spend their time in a sanitarium/psychiatric ward, but this is really something. The law shouldn't make special allowances for individuals who are not "normal". As far as I am concerned, the law owes justice to the victims.

Justice > Rehabilitation imho. As Mihais said, the direction some Western legal systems are taking is the latter.

Tried searching for the judgement but it turns out that sort of info isn't on the web. You need a solicitor to apply for it. They got strict privacy stds in the UK.

No way to see the reasoning for the judgement given at all.
