What weapon best tickles your fancy...and why.

I guess I,ll start(hope i,m in the right section for this) Personally, since I was in ADP,I guess i,d like to be a Tow missile. Something about long range and deep penetration.

Its light, flexible and adaptive in its use (only restrained by its uses imagination!!) and its destructive power can only but make you smile!

Are we talking about fielded weapons, pipeline weapons, or fantasy?

Fantasy - light saber, no doubt. Useless but oh so cool.

Pipeline - the concept of exceptionally dense kinetic-kill projectiles raining down from space. "Rods from God" stuff. A couple kilos of DU or W at mach 20+ impact with the force of a large bomb and penetrate like crazy.

Current - For me, the F-22, without a doubt. Advanced capabilities that are classified, and those that we know about are themselves amazing. The RCS of a small steel marble; less than a bird? Incredible.

True warrior's weapon. Used to own this exact set, oh how I miss it )

Imagine a "thug" pulls out an empty loaded gun and you return the favour by pulling out your girlfriend (sword)

Nah, only good for trimming the hedge and clearing bush tracks.
Get yourself one of these, they work much better

If anything, I found the Samurais to be too dangerous. Even if you lightly drop the blade part on a leather piece, it cuts into it. I just like the feel of it, but trying maneuvers with it is also dangerous, one mistake and the blade cuts off a piece of the skin from the body

I once heard two guys sliced right through a house door with samurais, now that's sickkkk

These swords you posted look awesome, I always wanted to get the Conan sword but its humongous and looks too heavy.

That actually looks like a hand-and-a-half sword. You should try a Claymore; now THAT'S a serious sword!

It is indeed, a.k.a. the bastard sword. One or one-and-a-half hands as the name suggests, thrust, forehand and backhand slash, plus crossguard and pommel attacks.
It's advantage over the broadsword is that it's smaller and easier/faster to weild and IMO ranks it along with the naval dirk for melee.
