I have served in several Countries. UK, Germany, Norway, Kenya, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Turkey, Iceland, Falklands, Ireland to name but a few.
I was wondering how many people out there have served in more than one branch of the military. I just got done talking to a guy who had served in the USMC, US Army and is now in the USCG. I was just wondering how many of you have served in more than one branch.
Note: if you have served more than one country please feel free to post your story.)

CA,
You've been to several countries but you've only served one flag.

Did three years at the Naval Academy, dropped out and am now beginning my third year in the Army. Definitely prefer the Army, but I'm sure we'd all be happier serving in the Chair Force...
did some exercises and operations as part of Presidential Security Group and once in joint-ops with the Philippine Special Action Force...

Closest I've come to perhaps the actual intention of the question is spending time in the US Maritime Service but eventually getting my commission in Navy......and then it gets difficult.
For example, being in the Navy but under Marine control. Not as a corpsman, mind you, but that could be another one of those situations.I have, however, been on ops where I was under a Coast Guard task force Commander.
But each time, the USMS situation aside, I knew who I worked for. The Navy.

No only one - Army!
But saying that - after seeing the accommodation and the food that come out of the Air Force and Navy!
I often think a 'service transfer' would not be a bad idea

My father served in the Navy in the 60s, then the Navy reserve in the 70s and then the Army reserve in the 80s. Old guy just couldn't get enough. I think he just liked getting away from his wife one weekend a month and two weeks out of the summer.
