Need research help re: Russian Nuke capacity

Hello all;
(Yes, I've been out of circulation awhile)
I need a little help here. Normally I do almost all my own research, but I'm up against a time-constraint.

I need the short answer on Russian current and near-future capacity to wage nuclear war; 1st strike & retaliatory.

Anyone?

No problem Drez, im always there for my friends when possible bro. Did everything work out OK with the Mercedes?

And bro, next time i'm in the Midwest(whenever that will be, lol), i am ABSOLUTELY coming for a visit! Hell, i'd LOVE to come out. All a matter of finding the $$$$ to up and drive out there. I figure i'd need to take at least two weeks off including the driving time if i want to do it right, and well, to be honest, i am not that good at saving money! But you bet your tail it is VERY MUCH on my to-do b4 i die list.

You must come here sometime. We get away with stuff that...uh, well we'd have fun, THAT'S a certainty. 2/3's of the MB issue is still unresolved.

You get your lawyer after the guy yet? As i said before, in this instance and for the limited amount of cash involved, that's your best bet.
