You mean the tanks were "left behind?"

It's unlikely that crews for all 100 - 200 tanks were good enough to be taken by the lord. You figure a few rascals would stay behind.

We should ask Our Padre. I think no body misses his sermons, so when the crew were attending sermons these b@stard reporters have reported it as lost. how can something be lost when the lord is watching and he is everywhere. i am worried about the fate of those reporters. L Vlad have mercyThis is blasphemy and lord will punish them
It is so. It cant be otherwise

Buried At The Bottom Of The Pile

So what was RT's take on this?

    Tanks For The Memories-RT Feb. 26, 2010

"Locals say the tanks were brought there by a special train, unloaded and left unguarded since last November...

...Russian military officials deny the tanks were left unguarded.

The spokesperson for Urals' Military Command of the Russian Army, Dmitry Burdakov, said that the vehicles have not been forgotten and were stationed where they are on purpose while being relocated. He promised to complete the relocation by mid-March, saying that every tank will go under its own power to a central location."

November eh? Fair to say with this story breaking at the end of February that's no less than 3 months those tanks were sitting there and maybe nearly four?

What's up with that? That story stays quiet for A DAY in America. Russia? Nobody says sh!t for three months. Needless to say, I remain amazed that this story isn't being followed more closely by the press.

Can't wait to read RT's followup on this story.

Maybe armored brigades get found all the time sitting on the sides of roads unmanned in Russia hense its not considered a major news thing.

I think it would have to be at least an ICBM going missing for someone to actually give a shite.

It would be cool of some kid in America ventures into a national forest and finds 100 M1A2s sitting around.

A few years ago a local military engineering school transferred its machines into my town from other locations. They unloaded them from train and abandoned for a full year.
At least it was a fun for local children.

Yeah but the video makes clear that there's a village right across the road from these tanks. Folks saw them unloaded and woke up every morning for three months with their special buddies still there.)

And those machines are supposed to work after such neglect. Our Big Brother engineers deserve all the credit. It seems that Suvorov's ''Liberators'' are alive and kicking.
Those villagers missed the business opportunity of their lifetime.Even as scrap iron(if selling them as tanks would have been impossible) and I would have been a millionaire on the way towards my island If somebody asks something,I'll just give him half the island

Insane. How those things arent stripped for parts in that year is beyond me. You cant park your car in certain sections of Queens for more than an hour without losing your hubcaps, wheels, stereo and headlights.........
