    Not enough police in China!

    As concluded by a recent CCTV report on policing in China: where apparently criminals are allowed to roam freely

    there's not enough effective policying in China... but adding more police would actually make it worse right now... since the police themself are a huge part of the lack of that....

    Still, at least one point to remember is the type of crime in China. Statistics show that theft is China's main type of crime. And this is pretty hard to control - you cannot have police everywhere in such a huge country.
