    The issue is that a Mosque has been demolished. The Uighur Congress has reported it while the Communist apparatchiks in Beijing has shied away from commenting.

    It is obvious that there would be physical proof of the demolition and so the good Communists cannot run away with the facts nor can they be mealy mouthed as they usually are.

    It is also an interesting commentary on the Moslem nations, more so Pakistan. While they are quick to take on such slights to Islam as they did for Babri Mazjid, they are serene in their silence at China's crushing underfoot Islam!

    Does indicate double standards of Islamic nations who are so vociferous and shrill to find faults with the US' so called double standards while they are so pleasant to forget their own trespasses!

    It is also worth noticing the continuous effort of Communist China to wipe out religion and culture of people who are not similar.

    And if, as in UK, the British demand (actually they are too polite, they request) non "British" to be a wee bit British for a change, there is accusation of their being racists.

    What is sauce for the goose is not sauce for the gander?!

    It is a cute commentary that Uighur Congress is no organisation to take cognisance of. Why are they not human beings (to quote my friend's high moralistic flaunting statement about humans etc)? Do they not breathe the same air and have the same aspirations as the Chinese Commies? Are they untermenschens? The very post of CCdude indicates the arrogant attitude that prevails amongst Chinese Commies, and I also got a dose of it wherein attempts to browbeat me into silence was so evident since I did not toe the Chinese Communists falsehood.

    Troung's post is a fitting reply to the Communists and their running dogs (not my phrase, but that of the honourable Chinese Communists).

India is progressing, but it has a long way to go.
