With the influx of new TNI weapons from Russia (Mi-17, Mi-2, Mi-35P, BMP-2s) and other nations (Korea) the GAM is well on the way to being forced back to the table. The typical arms embargo would not hurt them too much and of course it will likely not happen. There are people in the white house now who want to sell them more F-16A/B Block 15s (in spite of the fact that people complained that Clinton was about to do the same). The TNI makes its own small arms and ammo and a lot of their own spare parts along with working the black market for jet fighter parts (cough cough Israel…) and with the Koreans (subs, trainers) and Russians (warships, jets, helicopters, tanks, apcs) banging on the doors they have plenty of sources for new weapons. The TNI-AU will replace the American built A-4Es (sold by Israel) with the newer Flankers (Su-27SK/30MK) and of course the UK would lose money by putting a real embargo on the controversial Hawk 209s.
