Don't worry, he'll go away soon enough. I'm sure he's a troll.

Lie - A false statement deliberately presented as being true; a falsehood.

Now let's use our word in a sentence.

The above sentence is a lie because at the time of the invasion of Iraq, it was not known that Iraq didn't have WMDs. Iraq had WMDs at the conclusion of Operation Desert Storm. After four years of weapons inspections, it took a defector to reveal bioweapons that had been developed. By the time Iraq kicked out weapons inspectors in 1998, it still had not accounted for all the WMDs that it had produced. Therefore, intelligence assessments that Iraq still had WMDs, while proven wrong in the aftermath of OIF, were not known to be false at the time of the invasion.

The above phrase is also a lie, because that specific title was defeated during constitutional negotiations by the Kurds and Sunnis. It was proposed by the Shia and didn't make it into the constitution. It is known that this is not the title of Iraq, and yet this falsehood has been presented as truth.

Any questions on the use of the word "lie?"

Not in any particular order.

1. Lowered taxes. There have been zero quarters of negative GDP growth since 2001 Q3.
2. Prevented more terrorist attacks through disrupting AQ sanctuaries and operations.
3. Made soldiers more proud to wear the uniform following 8 years of Clinton-Gore.

The New York Times determined that if Gore won the case and the selected county recount had gone forward, the winner of the Presidential election of 2000 would have been . . . George W. Bush. Nice try. Better luck next time!

Sorry, you should try large scale voter fraud in the next election, although overcoming a 3 million vote spread would have been difficult.

He's lowered my taxes and I sure as hell am not rich.

I havent seen any more terrorist attacks in the United States.

One dissatisfied soldier does not speak for the majority that are proud to
serve under Bush and despised Clinton for the human slime that he is.
