60-year-old Vietnam vet arrested for something stupid
This is ridiculous.
I wonder how quickly this can get thrown out of court? Quote:

Is this what our fear of guns is coming down to? Can't even extend index finger and thunb at the same time and holding the other 3 fingers back.

CIVILIANS are just that, they don't know any better, they never pulled missions or watch on the berm in a foreign place for their Country, as such they have more rights.
CIVILIANS invented backstabbing and how to neutralise an adversary without one blow, and on their terms, forever, period. Service personnel, however underwent their country's version of boot camp, which knocked the civilian out of all of us forever, leaving us at a disadvantage when dealing with civilians. You cannot count on a Civilian to be there for you when you need them, as that is alien to them and their kind, they will however call upon you any time and expect your help, and will most likely get it. I would have thought that anyone going some place where there might be altercations would have been somewhat more subtle in his dress sense, especially with his experience, even if he had a valid point, they have gagged him forever, and they can start making disrespectful pokes at him and his past, which obviously played a role in his PTSD or whatever it is that all of those Vietnam veterans get, it such a shame, he needs treatment.
