Canadian think tank urges the government to ban the bulk removal of fresh water to be sold. I have to agree with this article. The draining of wetlands and lakes so that someone can turn on there sprinkler in the desert is ridiculous..and incredibly damaging to the environment.

Hopefully Harper makes good on the promise he made last year to ban the bulk export of fresh water.
