Yes you right they didn't have passports back then.
The Greek people however were there and they were united by Phillip the Macedon, Alaxander's the Great father as a unified country instead of the city states they existed up to then. One of those states was Macedonia and they spoke Greek and felt like Greeks.
Is this so hard for you people to understand?
Look we don't want to start a war with you, we want you to be our good neighbors for the benefit of all of us.

Demosthenes hated Phillip because he believed in Democracy where Phillip was a king and had a kingdom.
There were different political parties back then too, and other Athenians politicians supported Phillip, like Fokion.
All this doesn't mean that Phillip and the Macedonians were not Greek as some of you are trying to say. They spoke Greek and felt Greeks.

The only claim you people might have is on a geografical basis that you occupy the smaller part (39%) of ancient Macedonia. That however doesn't give you the right to monopolize the name, and of course on a historic basis you cannot claim anything.

People including some of the modern politicians around the world who are ignorant about the facts, or very conveniently ignore them, try to impose their will because they think might makes right.
That was never true and history will judge them harshly.

Which ancient map did you refer to in order to estimate with that much accuracy the 39%? Or maybe 'ancient' is circa 1912 but not 1913 for you?

Please, add Bulgarians who occupied eastern part of Greek Macedonia and Thrace from April 6, 1941 till October 18, 1944 becoming thus conquest after Nazis invasion to Greece and because of Germans. Pseudomacedonians were collaborators and allied of Bulgarians those days who have set up lots of slaughter houses. Ask him to tell us a resistance act against Nazis and Bulgarians, just one, against Germans, of course those days. There is no one.
