I'm not sure which part he's disputing. Free market will provide the most profitable to it's owners education system. And it certainly won't cover everyone.

If you want to deliver the entire education system to the private sector, then doesn't it follow that you need to make education optional? That would be free market, no? Or do we support forced consumption?
