I'll answer my own question. No, there will not be a generous renumeration in editing old Fusty's book. Tight? Tighter than a nuns knicker elastics!

Anything about the "flood" of 1982? Did I mention I have pictures of it flooding in the 50's?
Will help you anyway I can.

After exchanging a couple emails with cRusty yesterday, I don't think he'll ever finish it the way he wants. Maybe he should split the material up into Volumes and try to get them published seperately.....

In all seriousness, I hope Rusty does complete the book and get it published. I would imagine a specialist naval publisher might well see a market for it.

Oh yeah. One Admiral did offer to get it published through the Naval Institute. That is if he was listed as co-author and got half the royalties.

Oh well, as each month goes by I find something good to add to it or a picture to be replaced by a better one. I just bought a photo off of ebay showing our Fish Hook catching an FBM in the air. If the cameraman stepped back a ways he would have caught me on the lower deck of the Staging Vessel manning the 16mm slow motion camera.

Just realized that only ex-yardbirds like RALs pal and I know what Fish Hook and Staging Vessel were. I'm sure most of you knew that FBM stood for Fleet Ballistic Missile.
