Hey everyone
First I just want to say Im new here so I apologize if Im breaking an fourm rules.
Ill be to the point though, I have an interest in the UN, but I am curiouis as to how they gather their field "intelligence." For example, the American government uses the CIA, DIA etc as their eyes and ears. Police have informants and utilize surveillance. Does it follow that the UN has undercover investigators of sorts that live in country X for a while to say monitor human rights violations etc?
All input would be greatly appreciated
