  • Wheellocks?

Does anyone know if reproductions of this famous yet rare Elizabethan firearm are available?
    Thanx.

You could probably find one at an antique auction or something, or maybe contact collecters...
I'm not one of those kinds of people who like old-time guns.
    I think that:
    1. Guns are made to shoot, not look and stare at and increase in value all of its life.
    2. Use new technology to its fullest extent. Every 18 months, everyone needs a new computer... (except me! I've got a Mac!)

Are you sure you wouldn’t rather make a Matchlock?

Wheellocks are listed at The Rifle Shoppe.

And for you uninformed: a quick "Wheellocks - Principles and Functions" tutorial.

There is a SCA guy that used to build wheellocks, droppped his supplier and is looking for another.
