                  Agreed. I was disappointed with the ending.


                  "They fought for their motherland/country" (directed by sergei bondarchuk) is a good one, also osvobozhdenie (liberation, which deals with Kursk). Very hard to find online or physical copies of the two in the West

                            Depends what you mean by "human wave". Germans knew a little something about getting up off their azzes and attacking a position.
