xinhui,why do words written on the photos are Chinese,rather than Korean language?When I see the photos at first,I ever thought they‘re about PLA.:biggrin:

Because that is the way our beloved Dear Leader (TM) likes to publish his stuff.

Seriously, most of the DPRK watching is done in Shanyang, rather than Seoul.
