Have Lulldapull & Aryan been banned?

Hi guys,
I think I missed some thing. I happend to read an old thread and saw Lulldapull's status as "Banned".
When did that happen?..and why?
I have'nt see Aryan too?..is he on the banned list?

Lull has been banned. He's been givin plenty of warnings about his racist and offensive behaviour, and plenty of chances to change his attitude. He hasn't. Aryan has not been banned. I wonder where he is too.
