  • Myanmar going nuclear with N Korea's help

In Bangkok on Tuesday Hillary referred to the military ties between the two.

It has long been known that N Korea was supplying Syria with nuclear technology and supplies.

The NK ships have only been under orders to stop for checks by the UN recently.

What has gone on up to now?

Doubt it will happen. Too many countries with too much at stake.

Agreed Tronic, NK will find it diffacult to get anything in if coming from the sea as she will very soon find out. And her "war" cries wont deter anyone.;)

And India and China wouldn't want another nuclear neighbour.

The title of this thread breaks this statement, if the report is true that is. Beijing clearly doesn't want another nuclear neighbour. And for argument sake, just think of Vietnam earlier, and North Korea more recently. The International Department of the Central Committee of CPC (中联部) has also built connections with the National League for Democracy.

And just think of it, a nuclear state in ASEAN? Read the following:

Exactly. Especially with North Korea already giving everyone enough headaches, especially Beijing.

I wonder how good the new Kim Jong would be at holding on to power, especially, since the current one seems a tad bit weak and ready to go.

One thing is for sure, he will walk into a firestorm of international politics that has had about enough of Kims regime and their empty threats of war.;)

A ship turned away a few days ago and went back to NK. NK is dangerous no matter who is in charge just because beyond the military it's in the 19th century. They have no respect for their own citizens lives I'd think they'd risk anything if their power were slipping
