Considering there is an internal power struggle going on in Iran amongst the radicals and the moderates; the last thing the radicals need is a friendly US government.

They're probably trying to elicit a response from Obama, as hardliners reap the rewards of hostile US rhetoric. Without US hostility the reformists strengthen.

Whats funny is what makes them think Obama got voted in to be freindly with Iran in the first place. Dont look for too much to change regaurding Iran, for most of the American people Iranian relations on a scale of 1-100 of things we want him to fix Iran is close to being 100. Sorry Folks!!!! I didnt vote for him but he isn't stupid he knows what he is expected to try and fix first.
