  • When, not if.

Before I get going I would refer any readers to an issue of JDW (19th Sept)

Please consider pages 5&6. Remind y'good selves that this is not Jane's Int.

At this stage I naively assume that you will have read the above.

The question in my albeit limmited mind is (no-one gets $64,000) ...

Why has a publication such as JDW decided to print intel. such as one would expect in their intel. review? In terms of, shall we say, the "trade press", this is extreemely odd, whilst not unprecedented.

My take is that the wider readership within the defence community reached by JDW (as opposed to the more specialised print) is rightly expected to reach financial analysts along with various media types in the broadsheets.

I suspect that Iran may have more on her plate than she can eat.

Even the French are rattling sabres.

I doubt that it will be over by Christmas, but I believe that it will start before.

Oh, on a lighter, if grim note, would anyone care to take the spread?

To mitagate that poor taste, I should add that this is genuinely a thread regarding whether the media in general are stepping up a gear in preparation.:)

They've been sold out of JDWs every week now. Which article is on 5&6?
