How much ammo is issued to the average rifleman in a Combat Operation in the US Army?

Takin' a stab at guessing here. If I remember, it's 20 magazines, 4 grenades, water canteen, BDU, etc...Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

210rds ready ammo(7x30rd mags), 200rds boxed ammo(10x20rds) for an M-16 rifleman. Of course individual soldiers will likely secure more ammunition, and if you are Mech there is a shitload more in the track.
I got on the insertion helo in Panama with 101rds of 7.62 and 22rds of .45ACP.
