It's a real plane. It's already been 'retired' from it's flight test program.

retired what do you mean that it will never fly again or the program has retired and it is ready for production?

[Bill]

Never fly again.

[tomas]

what were the problems? the plane looks like it would rock slap some stealth paint on it and it would be a great interceptor.

[Bill]

It was only ever an advanced demonstrator.
