He campaigned on his many "plans". During his acceptence speech at the Democratic Convention, he announced that he had a plan to invest $150 Billion in Green Energy, which would create 5 million new jobs. Since taking office he's spent many multiples of that and we have lost 3 million jobs.
At his speech before the joint session of congress, he said he was announcing his "new plan" for health care reform. The only legislation we have is what was already in place or in committee.
As far as I know, he hasn't proposed a single line of legislation outside the budget request, to which Congress just added 15% and rubber-stamped.
Does Obama understand the difference between a plan and an idea? So far, all I have heard is ideas.
If I went to my banker and told them I had a business plan, they would expect a little more detail than "Well, I will build some stuff, then I will sell it. Give me some money".
I think we have a right to expect a little more from Obama than tossing out a few ideas and handing the details over to the Congress.

"Only Nixon can go to China." -- Old Vulcan proverb.
ROFL.
I can't even watch his speeches anymore- he looks like a referee in a slow-motion ping-pong match.
He is now trying to get you guys the Olympics. Which is more important the US or Olympics.
Anymore? I've never watched his speeches or at least, watched them to hear him speak to his people. I may watch them to analyze.
But.......in all fairness to him, that can probably be said of most politicians. What's the point of listening to them?
Talk is cheap and I read what they put down in writing.
