It is an algorithm and crytptology law that no code is unbreakable. If a hacker does interrupt the photon beam, and the communication does become corrupted, making the sender and receiver both aware that they are being tapped, does not make the code unbreakable. Any algorithm is bound to have an answer, that's a fact. What you are probably trying to say is that since both the receiver and sender are aware of the hacker, now people will always now when they are being overheard.
