Oops--didn't see this. By chance, I may well end up visiting south India within the next six months or so--at least if Mysore counts as south India (in Karnataka, right?). I'd love to see more pictures, as this looks like a lovely place. Is the food down there any good? I don't know hardly anything about Indian cuisine; I'll have to try more of it soon. (They have a couple of Indian restaurants here in town in Southern California, US, where I live, but I don't know one region of India from the next, and I bet the traditions vary considerably. Please feel free to clue me in if you like, any of you who live there--I'd be most interested to learn more.)
