Damned little. They are support forces for regforce options, not the other way around. They would need to guide planes and troops onto their targets which again means an invasion force of some kind.

About as good as anybody's but that is not a replacement for regforce options.

Depends on where. The coast of China - with relative ease. The interior of China is a tougher call.
