Way wrong for France and Italy. They will be in service Dec 2006 and 2007 respectively.
Although the UK pulled out of the program except for the ASTER missle. Although the volume search/early warning radars are very similar along with those for Germany and the Netherlands.
And those ships are much delayed(Daring now in-service 2009 vice 2007) and over budget.
