Sniper France is a little ticked at you. LOL They operate a nuclear carrier and the same new AAW escorts as Italy although wiil probably have 4 vice 2 of them. They also have SSN and SSBN.

So mine:

1.US

2. UK

3. France

4. Russia(They could certainly move ahead of the above two but lack of training, non-operational ships and lack of modernization are hurting them right now.)

5. Japan (Only drawback as mentioned is lack of a carrier plus no SSN/SSBN) But their surface Combatants are second only to US in #s and quality.)

Spain
Italy
Brazil

Austrailia would be 13th behind Germany and The Netherlands and just ahead of S. Korea and Canada.
