Not much. I tested for my black belt with the safety officer at the US Navy SEALs school down in San Diego. He gave a few tips on the SEALs and their training, but when I asked about the Delta Force, he clammed up and said they're very secret.

He also said I could whup most SEALs in a fist fight, but then he was a bit drunk, and a bit prone to exaggeration having survived black belt camp. (BTW, he's been through all facets of SEAL training, being the safety officer.)

I have oodles of respect for special forces, and no, I wouldn't relish getting into a fistfight with any of those guys. Nor would I with a female member of a SWAT team, as a matter of fact, Veni.
