That would be the Tangushka Air defence system. I could'nt see the parade on TV. The soldier in the pic is wearing the cap badge of the ADA (Air defence Arty), and according to the PIB release of the
mounted/marching columns, Tangushka is the only ADA system apart from the ZSU-23 that were on display. The pic above is definately not a ZSU-23, has to be pic of the Tangushka.
